Havenoro CP

Overview

The Statistics section in Havenoro CP gives you insight into how your websites are performing and how much of your allocated resources you are using. Think of it as the dashboard of your car — it shows your speed, fuel level, and engine temperature so you know when something needs attention. By reviewing your statistics regularly, you can spot trends, plan for upgrades, and identify problems before they cause downtime.

Havenoro CP provides two main types of statistics: web traffic statistics (AWStats, Webalizer) and resource usage statistics (disk, bandwidth, inodes, server load).

Key Metrics Explained

Web Traffic Statistics

AWStats and Webalizer are tools that analyze your web server logs and present them as easy-to-read reports. They show:

  • Unique Visitors — The number of distinct people who visited your site. This is a better measure of audience than raw hits.
  • Page Views — The total number of pages loaded. A higher number than unique visitors means people are browsing multiple pages.
  • Bandwidth Usage — How much data your site transferred. Large images, videos, and downloadable files increase this number.
  • Hits — Every request to the server (images, CSS files, scripts, etc.). One page view can generate dozens of hits.
  • Referrers — Which websites linked to yours (where your traffic came from).
  • Search Engine Keywords — What people searched for to find your site.
  • Geographic Location — Where your visitors are located in the world.

Resource Usage Statistics

Your account dashboard shows live usage data for the resources that matter most:

  • Disk Usage — Total storage consumed by all your files, databases, emails, and backups.
  • Bandwidth Usage — How much of your monthly data transfer allowance has been used.
  • Inodes Used — Your total file and folder count. Every file, no matter how small, counts as one inode. A typical WordPress installation uses about 2,000-5,000 inodes.
  • Server Load — How busy the server is. If your account is using too much CPU or memory, it may slow down. If you consistently see high server load, consider upgrading your package.

What Are Inodes?

Inodes are a measure of file count, not file size. Think of it like this: disk space is the size of your warehouse, but inodes are the number of boxes in it. A warehouse can be full even if it is mostly empty — because you hit the box limit. On a server, each file and folder counts as one inode. Cache folders, email messages, and temporary files can quickly eat up your inode limit. If you run out of inodes, you cannot create new files or receive email, even if you have free disk space.

How To View Statistics

Accessing Traffic Stats

  1. Log in to Havenoro CP and go to the Statistics tab or section.
  2. Click on AWStats or Webalizer for the domain you want to analyze.
  3. The report opens with an overview for the current month. You can select different months and years to compare.
  4. Browse through sections like "Visitors", "Pages", "Referrers", and "Search Engines" for detailed breakdowns.

Monitoring Resource Usage

  1. Check your dashboard for the resource usage bars. These update in real time.
  2. Click on View Details or the resource name (like Disk Usage) for a more detailed breakdown.
  3. You can see which domains, databases, or mail accounts are using the most space.

Using Statistics to Plan

A good habit is to check your statistics once a month. Look at:

  • Is your disk usage trending upward? Cache-cleaning or deleting old backups may help.
  • Is bandwidth usage close to the limit every month? Your site might be growing — consider upgrading.
  • Is the number of visitors increasing? Great! But also think about performance and whether your current package can handle the growth.

Monitoring statistics helps you make informed decisions instead of being surprised by a suspended account.
